Applying

Once you complete and submit our online application, you will be contacted shortly by one of our professionals who will help you with:
  • Choosing which loan is best for you.
  • Getting your application through the loan process as quickly as possible.
  • Procuring the correct documentation.
  • Knowing the status of your loan.
  • Making sure that your loan closes on time and all details are taken care of by working with everyone involved for you.
  • Any issue you may have during the entire process.

Approval

Credit is given based on your income, credit score and final approval of the property.

Processing

After you have given us all the financial information needed, the loan will be processed. Other information will be compiled, including (if necessary):
  • An appraisal from an independent appraisal service
  • A preliminary title report from a title insurance company
  • Payoff quotes for loans to be paid off
  • Other third party documentation required to clear title
  • A complete credit report to verify balances owing and monthly payments
Once the appraisal and title reports are received, the loan is given final approval. If there are any problems you will be contacted by us with ways to correct it. The loan is then prepared for closing and sent to the settlement escrow agent.

Signing

Your settlement escrow agent will call you to set up an appointment to sign your final loan papers. After you sign, the settlement escrow agent will arrange for the final loan papers to be reviewed and legally recorded.

Closing

Once all papers have been signed closing can begin. You will be contacted by us the day your loan records and closes. A three-day right to cancellation is usually necessary for refinance transactions.
